Laboratory advancement: Our goals include enhancing testing capabilities like automating routine blood cultures, developing a digital blood banking system in collaboration with the National Blood Bureau, NPHL, and expanding our LIS system to integrate laboratory logistics and bidirectional interfacing and, setting up histopathology department.
Challenges: Financial constraints are our major challenge.
